Dr. Jerry O. Wilson, Sr. started in the gospel ministry in January,  1980.  He is the Senior Pastor of the Beulah Baptist Church, Leasburg, N. C. He  has served Beulah from the 2nd Sunday in February, 1991 to the present.  A native of Goldsboro, N. C. he is the sixth child of the Late Frank and Margareite Wilson.  Pastor Wilson attended Public School in Goldsboro. He graduated with a B.F.A. Degree from Greensboro College and a Master's Degree from Shaw Divinity School, and earned a Doctorate of Ministry from Jacksonville Theological Seminary, 2013.

He was employed by the Guilford County Public Schools System as an Educator, for 34 plus years.  Presently, he is in the tenth year as Moderator of Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Association, Inc.  He is happily married to Reverend Cathy Clayton Wilson and he is the father of one son, Jerry O. Wilson, II (Jay).

Pastor Wilson is a man of God and a man with a Vision.  He has been called to lead churches into prayer and worship.  It is the desire of Pastor Wilson that the Body of Christ will continue to develop Spiritually, Physically,  Intellectually, Emotionally, and Materially. Pastor Wilson has a deep love for God, family and all people.

He is leading the Beulah members to stay in the written Word of God that they may proclaim and teach, be knowledgeable, be bold, be courageous and most of all be victorious; all of  course, to the Glory of God.  We appreciate all God is doing in us as we strie to fulfill His plan, purpose and process.
